Well, it's a marathon here at the computer! I said I'd try to get them all posted this weekend and I think I'm gonna make it! ;-) Here are four more projects that we did on Saturday at our Fall Fest event in Arizona.
These are the turquoise punch box tins, available for a limited time while supplies last for $3.95 each, The item # is 114673. You can order them by ordering online 24/7 (anyday, anytime) via my website www.rhondamorgan.stampinup.net if you need a few and aren't a fellow demo (get em yer-self!!).
We did an easy peasy decorate on this one, it is meant to be fancied up once the owner knows what they want to put inside. You can always add some ribbon, make a paper bow (visit SCS tutorials for directions), tie off a scallop circle tag card, endless possibilities! Think of the fun things you could stick inside! And the SU Rainbow Sherbert DSP would be so YUMMY YUMMY, talk about a perfect match!
We also made one the Pennant Trees from the XL Pennat Die. Our version uses 6 of the small pennants, rotating the patterns. A straight pin and the small star punch to trim the top of the tree. Add some different size cirlce punches and crystal effects, glitter and decorate away! We did the "mans job" (ok, the tree is in the house & up, there ya go) at the event and left the "wife & kids duties' (make it pretty) for the at home portion.
Another one we did was the Treat Box container. These are adorable and a cute little centerpiece for any table, filled with candies or as we did here, they hold a tea light candle w/mini holder. Our version is a little bit smaller than the one in the tutorial, available at http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/treat_box/ . Of course you shouldnt burn that candle while sitting inside a little paper basket but it sure is cute to package one that way! Our version begins with a 7.5" square of real red cardstock, scored at 2.5" on each side, with DSPs cut to 2.25" for each section.
And another project we did today is the 5 Point 3D Star which features the Big Shot machine and the 5 pt 3D star die cut and crease pad. We used the Ski Slope DSP and silver brads. Easy Peasy but looks much cuter in person! A few of these laying on the table as dimensional centerpieces or tied onto gift packaging or loop a little ribbon through the back and they could hang anywhere in your house or on your tree! If you aren't sure how to assemble one, my partner in crime Diana already has this tutorial on her blog so I won't be loading those steps here, just visit her site (www.dianagibbs.typepad.com).
I also made this one using the blue/bown ski slope paper, just trimmed it off with the darker brads from the vintage brads. Added an extra one to the center as I didnt mount my pieces with the center tips close enough together, so it was my way to "creatively alter" the project to cover up my boo-boo.
Have a GREAT day! I'm off to make the kids some lunch! Happy Stamping!
